SEO Rank Masters (seorankmasters.com) provides automated SEO audit reports. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
What We Collect
When You Purchase a Report
Your email address -- to deliver your report and send follow-up emails
The website URL you submit -- to run the audit
Payment information -- processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your card details.
When We Audit a Website
We crawl publicly accessible pages only
We collect page titles, meta tags, headings, images, links, and structured data -- all of which is publicly visible
We do not access password-protected content, databases, or private areas
We run Google Lighthouse, which analyses page performance from a public perspective
Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies for site functionality
We may use analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site
We use Facebook Pixel for ad conversion tracking (if you arrived via a Facebook ad)
How We Use Your Data
- Email address: Report delivery, follow-up emails (you can unsubscribe at any time), and customer support
Website URL: Running the audit you requested. We may retain anonymised, aggregated data (e.g., "average score across all audits") for benchmarking purposes.
Payment data: Processed by Stripe under their own privacy policy
How Long We Keep It
- Email addresses: until you unsubscribe or request deletion
Audit data: 12 months (to enable re-scans and comparisons), then deleted
Payment records: as required by UK tax law (6 years for HMRC)
Who We Share It With
- Stripe -- payment processing
Email service provider -- to send your report and follow-ups
Google -- via Google Lighthouse (Google's own tool, running on our server, not sending your data to Google)
We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share your email with third parties for marketing.
